As shown, in rhombus $ABCD$ with side length of 6, $\angle BCD = 60^{\circ}$, points $E$ and $F$ are points on $AB$ and $BC$ respectively, and $AE = BF$.

1. When $E$ is the midpoint of $AB$, find the angle measure of $\angle EDF$.

2. If $E$ is any point on $AB$, does the angle measure of $\angle EDF$ change? If it doesn’t change, prove it; if it does change, please provide a reason.

3. If $P$ is a point on $BD$, find the minimum value of $PF+\frac{\sqrt3}{2}DP$.
